The Regulations

There are now over 70 different regulations controlling asbestos material management.

New regulations place a responsibility upon building owners for the identification and management of asbestos materials.

Legislation

The works shall be carried out in accordance with (i.e. recommendations shall be complied with) all current legislation relating to the works and to the treatment of asbestos, including but not limited to.
